Here is our easy 5-step start up process:

Slide 1 Fill out a FIT2ACORE CONTACT FORM. 2 Beth will contact you directly to discuss your goals and physical limitations. 3 Attend a complementary first class. 4 Decide on level of involvement based on schedule & goals. 5 Sustain a level of fitness over time, gaining basic skills and confidence, finding the routines that are now woven in as an important part of your lifestyle.
